El Centro Family Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager, dedicated to serving the needs of our community.

Responsibilities

Under the direction and supervision of the Associate Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager assures and maintains the overall clinic operation in the East Regions. Ensures successful delivery of quality patient care and functions as liaison between Associate Nurse Director and Clinic Nursing Personnel, furthermore, provides skilled nursing services for patients of EL Centro Family Health within limitations and guidelines of the New Mexico State Nurse Practice Act.

The Regional Nurse Manager assists in the management of the overall clinical operations with nursing staff and clinic managers by acknowledging, adhering to, and implementing overall organizational and medical policies and operating procedures of ECFH. The Regional Nurse Manager works directly with the East Lead Registered Medical Assistant in maintaining established departmental policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Under the direction of the Associate Nurse Director, the Regional Nurse Manager conducts Nursing supervision to include all clinical and administrative functions.



Requirements

Education: Completion of an accredited course of study in registered nursing.

Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse Licensure.

Certification: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ Basic Life Support (BLS)/PALS desirable.

Experience: Minimum of one-year experience in supervisory role in a clinical or hospital setting.
