Inabia is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its Rehab Therapy team in Cimarron, Kansas. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a supportive rehab setting.
The ideal candidate is patient-centered, organized, and comfortable working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication, cognition, and safe swallowing

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs

Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed

Document evaluations, daily treatments, and discharge summaries accurately and timely

Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and other care team members

Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards
Schedule
-
Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts

Consistent weekday daytime hours
Qualifications
-
Active Kansas SLP license
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
CCC-SLP preferred
-
Rehab or SNF experience preferred but not required

Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
