A K-12 school in a beautiful, rural area of Arroyo Seco, NM is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with School Certification and CCC to join their team for a contract running through the next school year. This onsite-only position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to gain experience in a unique and scenic environment while providing essential services to students.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certification (SLP - School)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and deliver therapy services effectively
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Commit to onsite presence as virtual services are being phased out in this district
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational goals
