Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately using an electronic medical record system.
- Participate in continuing education and training to maintain ACLS certification and clinical competencies.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with experience in ICU nursing.
- ACLS certification required.
- Comfort with night shifts (7:00 pm 7:00 am), working 3 twelve-hour shifts per week.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably Evident.
- First-time travelers welcome; flexible with travel and relocation.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in critical situations.
