Job Summary: The Village of Eagle Nest is seeking a motivated and skilled Public Works Operator to join our team and assist in the maintenance and operation of village infrastructure and facilities. This position involves hands-on work in various aspects of public works, including streets, utilities, parks, and facilities, to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our community.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Maintenance: 1. Street and Sidewalk Maintenance: o Repair potholes, cracks, and signs on streets and sidewalks. o Assist with snow removal and street cleaning operations.
2. Utility Operations: o Assist in the operation and maintenance of water distribution, wastewater collection systems, and stormwater management facilities. o Conduct routine inspections and repairs to ensure system functionality.
