Your Responsibilities
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Handle tasks such as:
• Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Appliance repair and wall patching
• HVAC troubleshooting
• Prepare units for new residents
• Maintain grounds year-round (landscaping, snow removal)
• Respond promptly to service calls and a rotating on-call schedule

What We’re Looking For
• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year in maintenance or related field
• Valid NM Driver’s License
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required
• Must maintain a high level of customer service at all times
