Our client, a premier year-round mountain destination in New Mexico’s Rocky Mountains, seeks a dynamic Group & Conference Sales Director to elevate group and conference sales.
This role drives strategic sales initiatives, oversees event coordination, and manages group stays to deliver exceptional guest experiences. With a focus on building relationships and executing comprehensive sales plans, the position ensures seamless group events and accommodations at this world-class ski resort.
Group & Conference Sales Director Benefits and Compensation:
· $75,000–$100,000 base plus commissions

Group & Conference Sales Director Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university: Preferred
· Valid driver’s license
· Flexible working schedule
· Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
· Vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision
Group & Conference Sales Director Preferred Background:
· Five to ten years of successful sales director experience in hotels, ideally in resort/ski areas
· Expertise in coordinating group events and managing stays
· Proven success in developing and executing sales plans
· Able to adjust to changing seasonal demands and staffing levels
· Proficiency in sales automation systems like Salesforce
· Strong relationships with industry influencers and partners
