Salazar Road Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while balancing between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a Part-Time position with availability needed Monday/Thursday/Friday every week.
Part-Time Compensation**
- Compensation: $15.50-$16.25 per hour, for each hour worked*
