Restaurant&nbsp;Operating Partner&nbsp;Requirements &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of titled General Manager or Operating Partner leadership experience</li>
<li>QSR, fast-casual or casual dining experience</li>
<li>Ownership mentality - treat your location like you own it</li>
<li>Excellent integrity and character</li>
<li>P&amp;L, budgeting and cost control</li>
<li>Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Ability to work any schedule</li>
<li>Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Passion for genuine employee relations, coaching and training</li>
</ul>
