Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Asset Manager at TLC. The Asset Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of real estate properties, including financial analysis, investor reporting, bank reporting, business administration, and strategic planning. This role is based in Taos, NM, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Financial Analysis and Real Estate Management skills
- Property Valuation and Underwriting abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Investor and Financial Institution reporting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to perform administrative and other tasks
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
- Real Estate management experience required
