Mountain Sports of Angel Fire is looking for both full-time and part-time staff to work in our often-fast paced sales environment. We are a full-service sporting goods store including ski and snowboard rentals during the winter months. We are seeking team members that are looking for an opportunity to interact with customers and deliver a clean and friendly environment. Our store is located in the heart of Angel Fire, NM on Mountain View Blvd. We offer competitive pay based on experience and an end of ski season bonus of $2.00/hour for every hour you worked during the season. As a resort location we are open during all holidays and run normal business hours of 8am – 6pm from December through March.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
