Litigation Paralegal
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume legal department focused on property assessment enforcement and related real estate matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to work efficiently under strict deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and judgments using electronic court systems.
- Draft, record, and release liens, coordinating with multiple governmental offices.
- Maintain a comprehensive litigation calendar and manage dockets for numerous active cases.
- Assist with discovery processes, document preparation, and overall case management.
- Communicate professionally with courts, title companies, and external parties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience; real estate or collections background is a plus.
- Proficient with electronic court filing platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written communication, accuracy, and organizational skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
