We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee all aspects of on-site construction operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and effective coordination among all stakeholders. Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

Support and enforce the business unit safety program and develop project-specific safety plans.
</li>
<li>
Conduct daily and weekly safety reviews to ensure compliance.
</li>
<li>
Ensure quality standards are met through daily inspections of workmanship.
</li>
<li>
Apply a strong understanding of general construction practices across job duties.
</li>
<li>
Possess expertise in 10 or more specific scopes or trade types.
</li>
<li>
Participate in preconstruction efforts including scope review and constructability analysis.
</li>

Create, conduct, and manage QA/QC plans for assigned scopes of work.
</li>

Conduct daily jobsite inspections to verify work quality and compliance with plans and specs.

Manage subcontractor performance to meet schedule and quality standards.

Identify and resolve issues that may impact project schedules.

Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and the design team.

Enforce company policies and uniform construction methods to uphold quality.

Assist the Assistant Superintendent with subcontractor coordination and schedule updates.

Mentor junior staff for professional development and growth.
</li>
<li>
Oversee timely execution of equipment orders and call-offs.
</li>
<li>
Support Project Engineer with monthly procurement schedule updates.
</li>
<li>
Track and manage equipment orders and deliveries per the project schedule.
</li>

Review subcontractor and vendor agreements, including POs and draft contracts.
</li>
<li>
Understand and review approved submittals, specs deviations, and quantity requirements.
</li>
<li>
Stay updated on RFIs and contract changes; review subcontractor as-builts weekly.
</li>
<li>
Participate in cost tracking, change identification, and cost-saving opportunities.
</li>
<li>
Manage site logistics, staging, and laydown areas; update logistics plans weekly.
</li>
<li>
Complete daily reports and take a minimum of 15 project photos per day.
</li>
<li>
Oversee project commissioning and training documentation (O&amp;M manuals).
</li>
<li>
Attend departmental meetings and daily/weekly “huddles”.
</li>
<li>
Comply with Procore requirements; hold certifications for Procore Superintendent/Subcontractor use.
</li>
<li>
Demonstrate proficiency in specialized job requirements such as LEED reporting and prime contract documentation.
</li>
<li>
Ensure thorough understanding of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) processes.
</li>
<li>
Plan construction phasing to minimize schedule delays.
</li>
<li>
Lead procurement and milestone item execution to meet project timelines.
</li>
<li>
Travel as necessary to fulfill project and role requirements.
</li>

Superintendent Requirements
<ul>
<li>Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or supervisory role.</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
</li>
<li>
Proficiency in project management tools, including Procore, P6 and Microsoft Project.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proven ability to manage subcontractors and collaborate with design teams and clients.
</li>
<li>
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications, and ensure field execution aligns with contract documents.
</li>

Technicians Assistant Taos, NM (overnight work) Pay: $20.00 per hour MUST: Experienced Assistant Technician Must have go-getter attitude Willing to learn cable/telecom/ethernet field Willing to assist the site lead with many tasks Ability to work in small spaces. Ability to lift 40+ Lbs. Must have reliable transportation. DUTIES: Will assist the site lead with different projects/tasks Provide excellent customer service always. Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various cabling infrastructure. Pull, route, and terminate various types of cables, including coaxial, Ethernet, and fiber optic. Perform site surveys to determine the best installation route and method. Terminate RJ45 via CAT5E/6 in accordance with industry standards. Ensuring all cables are neatly routed, dressed, and bundled. Installation of cabling support components such as j-hooks, cable racks, and innerduct. Installation IT equipment such as routers, switches, cameras, wireless, etc... Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed cable systems and component devices are operational. Troubleshoot device and or cabling issues. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all installations.
