Tenant Manager

SALARY: This is a Full Time Position pay is dependent
on experience.
DESCRIPTION: Primary responsibility of Housing Manager
is Complying, identifying, and enforcing regulations set out in
Local, State and Federal mandates and regulations which pertain
to Housing & Urban Development. Duties are not limited to
lease enforcement, issuing non- compliance letters, conducting
inspections, maintaining confidential tenant records, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Computer Knowledge in Microsoft programs i.e., Excel, Word, etc.
• Bilingual a plus.
Special Qualifications
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening & background check
prior to employment.
• Valid insurable driver’s license & maintain throughout employment.
• Able to lift minium of 35 lbs.

Maintenance Technician
Salary: This is a full-time position; pay is competitive and based on experience.
Description:
You will play a vital role in preserving the quality, safety, and appearance of NRHA properties. The successful candidate will perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping duties while helping ensure residents have a safe and comfortable place to call home.
Requirements
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Possess a valid and insurable driver's license
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Successfully pass a background check
• Be available for after-hours emergency response on a rotating schedule
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and working knowledge of multiple
maintenance trades
