Radius Rule: Must live 75+ miles from facility

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Travel RN for night shift assignments. This role involves providing high-quality critical care in a compassionate, community-focused hospital that serves northern New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level care to critically ill adult patients
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Evident EMR
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced ICU setting
Requirements
- Active RN license (NM or compact)
- Minimum 1 year ICU experience (first-time travelers welcome)
- ACLS certification required
- Must meet 75-mile radius rule
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Scheduling & Additional Details
- Block scheduling may be requested; approval is case-by-case
- 36 hours/week guaranteed
